Subscribers, users, third parties acting on behalf of users, and/or others who download, use, purchase, subscribe, or aggregate data, information, or content available on or via the Website, or otherwise interface with or access the Website and/or Services must do so under the following Terms and Conditions of Use:

By accessing, browsing and/or using BABEC resources and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all consents and disclosures set forth in these Terms and Conditions of Use, including and future modifications to the Terms of Use. If you do not consent to the agreement, then you should not use or take advantage of any BABEC services or Content.

BABEC may require Users to follow additional rules, policies, guidelines or other conditions in order to use particular features, participate in certain events, or to receive and/or use other services that BABEC may offer.

The content, information, graphics, media, products, and services are proprietary to BABEC. Unless authorized by BABEC, all Users agree not to license, distribute, copy, modify, publicly perform or display, transmit, publish, edit, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise make unauthorized use of the materials for any profit or commercial use.

You are free to share, copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format ONLY under the following terms:

  • Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
  • NonCommercial — You may not use the material for commercial purposes.
  • NoDerivatives — If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material.

A User agrees to pay any fees due for and incurred by their use of those select services that require payment on the part of Users. BABEC will administer and apply User payments received for Paid Services via an online billing mechanism in a timely and commercially reasonable manner. Further, BABEC reserves the right to terminate a User’s access to a Paid Service on account of that User’s nonpayment of associated charges.

Users agree that the information that they provide upon registration and at all other times will be true, accurate, current, and complete. Users also agree that they will ensure that this information is kept accurate and up to date at all times.

When a User registers for an account, he or she may be asked to provide a password. Users should keep that password strictly confidential at all times. BABEC reserves the right to suspend a User’s account and/or require that such User alter his or her password if we believe for any reason that such User’s password is no longer secure. A User may not share his or her BABEC account with any other person for any reason.

BABEC reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of the Terms and Conditions of Use. Notice of changes to these Terms and Conditions of Use will be posted at the beginning of these Terms of Use. By a User’s consent to the Agreement, he or she obligates himself or herself to periodically check for any changes. A User’s continued use of the Services after the posting of any modifications or changes to the Terms and Conditions of Use constitutes his or her binding acceptance of such changes.
